At the front of the building is a dining area with two large dining tables, and a door to the outside south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a cheeky sundowner.
Open plan with the dining area is a comfortable lounge, incorporating your own personal bar (sorry, drinks not included!) with a drinks fridge.
Next you'll find a games room with a pool table, retro arcade machine and electronic dartboard.
Finally there is a commercial kitchen, perfectly set up to cater for large groups. A Smeg cooker with 7 rings and 3 ovens is complemented by a commercial grill, microwave and even a heat lamp to keep meals warm as they are prepared. There is also a toaster and a boiling water dispenser ready for people to help themselves to breakfast. Finally a commercial fridge and freezer plus a walk-in pantry provide plenty of space for storing your provisions.
Sleeping accommodation is split across the first and second floors, with 4 rooms including 1 family room on each floor. All rooms have an ensuite shower room and are equipped with smart TVs.

bed made up). A travel cot or bed guard can be provided. Adjoining this is an ensuite

Note that the property owner lives in a connected annexe. This has a separate entrance so can be assured of privacy.
