Fire risk assessment
All accommodation providers must have a Fire Risk Assessment in place and make it available to guests.

On arrival, guests should familiarise themselves with emergency exit routes, location of extinguishers and the fire alarm system.
Agree an escape plan especially considering the needs of children, the elderly or anyone with mobility or other needs.
The property is equipped with:
- Interlinked fire alarm system
- Smoke and heat detectors and alarm sounders in all bedrooms and communal areas
- Call points on exit routes
- Fire extinguishers on exit routes
- Fire blanket in the kitchen
- Signage to indicate actions in the event of fire
- Emergency lighting
Note that the alarm is not connected to the fire brigade, in the event of a fire you must dial 999 to call for assistance.
The property is no-smoking throughout, and barbecues, candles, fireworks or pyrotechnics are not permitted on the premises.
E-bikes, e-scooters, mobility scooters and similar devices are not to be charged indoors. Please discuss with the owner if you have such devices which you need to charge.
Mobile phones, laptops and similar devices should not be charged in bed or on soft furnishings and must not be left on charge when nobody is present.
There is no suitable Electric Vehicle charging facility on site. We supply details of nearby charging points in our digital guide which is made available to all guests.
Guests using the laundry should empty the lint filter on the clothes dryer after use, and check that it is clear before use.
The access key for the gas meter and isolation valve is hanging by the kitchen door. The gas meter is on the side of the building.
